Joseph Sifferd is a shareholder at Poindexter & Doutré, Inc. practicing in all aspects of the firm’s civil litigation practice, and assists with various transactional matters.  His focuses include trust and estate litigation, probate and trust administration, construction litigation and general business litigation.  Mr. Sifferd has significant experience representing individuals, families, businesses, trust companies, charities and financial institutions in all stages of litigation, from prelawsuit fact gathering through trial and post-judgment appeal.

Mr. Sifferd was admitted to the Bar of the State of California 2002.  He joined Poindexter & Doutré in 2025.  He received his Bachelor degrees in Political Science and Music Performance from Vanderbilt University in 2002, and graduated from Vanderbilt Law School in 2002.
